Our Story
Bumilgar® was founded in 2007 by two friends, John and Mark, who shared a love of water gardening. As avid gardeners themselves, they found that a water feature like a fountain or pond added that perfect finishing touch to an outdoor space. However, at the time, finding a well-designed, durable fountain at an affordable price point was difficult.
Seeing an opportunity, John and Mark decided to launch Bumilgar® to provide consumers with beautiful, cascading water fountains made of weather-resistant materials like fiberglass, resin, and natural stone. Our mission was to make stunning water features accessible to all budgets and landscapes.
Starting off small, we focused on developing a few key fountain styles that could complement a variety of spaces. We spent countless hours perfecting the molds, materials, and mechanics to create fountains that were both gorgeous to look at and built to last.
Our very first fountain was the Four Tier Garden Fountain, featuring multiple cascading levels that provide the soothing sound of flowing water. This fountain, along with our initial collection, was an immediate success. We knew we had found a winning formula that combined aesthetics, quality, and price.
